POSITION SUMMARY: Director, Sales will be responsible for delivering the growth agenda for the assigned Caliber line of business. This individual will be mainly responsible for building and maintaining profitable growth in the General Automotive Repair (GAR) markets – served by Caliber. - delivering on growth while maintaining performance metrics for existing business/markets. We also expect proven negotiation skills from this individual and the ability to foster relationships with internal and external customers. This position must be a proven developer of talent – direct and dotted line reports. Ultimately, this position will refine and deliver sustained growth in the GAR market.
