The Field Trainer, Mobile Installation Partnerships, delivers hands-on installation training and certifications in the field, supporting Protech's mobile installation business segment. Reporting to the Training Manager, Mobile Installation Partnerships, this role takes the certification program and training content developed internally and is responsible for executing and managing at the market level: training and certifying technicians, conducting hands-on evaluations, coaching at installation sites, and feeding field observations back to the Training Team so content stays accurate as it evolves. The segment installs telematics and related hardware on fleet vehicles of every class passenger vehicle, tractor trailer, heavy equipment, and everything in between so the role requires hands-on familiarity across the light and heavy-duty vehicle spectrum.
