
Program Manager
Protech Automotive Solutions and its affiliated brands is looking for highly talented, dedicated and quality-focused teammates to provide top tier service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Program Development & Workflow Design
Build and manage the operational workflow for mobile installations of vehicle equipment.
Develop standard operating procedures, process maps, implementation timelines, and quality control checkpoints.
Define how installation requests move from sales intake through scheduling, partner coordination, installation completion, billing, and post-installation follow-up.
Identify process gaps and create scalable solutions to support future growth.
Assist to create reporting tools and dashboards to track program performance, installation volume, revenue, partner performance, and customer satisfaction.
Strategic Partner Development
Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with strategic installation partners, service providers, vendors, and other external partners.
Develop and present partnership opportunities to prospective partners.
Negotiate and coordinate partnership expectations, service levels, pricing structures, and operating procedures.
Serve as a primary relationship owner for key partners involved in this program.
Monitor partner performance and ensure partners meet quality, timeline, service, and customer experience expectations.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Work closely with sales leadership and sales teams to position the mobile installation program as a revenue-generating solution.
Support the development of sales pitches, value propositions, partner presentations, and go-to-market materials.
Help identify target customers, revenue opportunities, and expansion strategies.
Track revenue performance and develop recommendations to improve profitability, adoption, and program growth.
Translate customer and sales feedback into operational improvements/new opportunities.
Operations Partnership & Execution
Partner with internal operation teams to ensure successful execution of mobile installations
Coordinate across departments to align resources, timelines, customer requirements, partner capacity, and installation schedules.
Ensure that operational handoffs are clearly defined and consistently followed.
Troubleshoot execution issues and remove barriers that could impact customer experience, revenue, or partner performance.
Support the rollout of new markets, new partners, or expanded installation capabilities as the program grows.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in program management, operations, sales operations, revenue operations, business development, field services, fleet services, or a related role.
Experience building or improving operational workflows, processes, or service delivery
Experience developing partner relationships or working with third-party service providers.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create structure in a developing or ambiguous business environment.
Proficiency with CRM, project management, reporting, or workflow tools.
Must be able to work in office.
